摘    要:报道了对粉末烧结法制备PZT(Pb(Zr,Ti(1-x)O3)和PT(PbTiO3)的工艺研究.分析了不同的升温速度、保温温度、保温时间对复合钙钛相PZT和PT的微观结构、稳定性、粒径、组分等所产生的影响.用X射线衍射仪对不同工艺条件制备的PZT和PT进行了结构分析,认为烧结温度对产品纯度影响明显,而保温时间对其无明显影响,通过Zr掺杂控制可得到符合要求的晶体四方度,但掺杂过量会产生有害的焦绿石相.

Abstract:The preparation of PZT and PT with powder sintering and the influence of different temperature rising speed, isothermic temperature and time on the microstructure, stability, particle size, constituent of PZT and PT were studied,respectively.The structure of PZT and PT which prepared at different condition were analysed by XRD. The sintering temperature has distinct effect on the purity while the temperature keeping time haven't. The tetragonal degree of crystal can be controlled by Zr additive, but the pyrochlore phase is produced when the Zr is added too much.
