| 摘 要： | FIDIC工程合同与国内传统工程合同存在着较大的差异。对其基本要求、工程计算规则、工程规范及总承包方与指定分包人及独立施工单位的配合等方面的问题进行了探讨，说明在投标及合同执行过程中须注意事宜及处理技巧，以保障各方的合法权益。

| Abstract: | There are bigger differences between the FIDIC construction contract and the traditional construction contract in China. This paper discusses on the basic requirements, the engineering calculation rules, the engineering norms and the coordination of the general contractor and the appointed subcontractor and the independent construction unit, etc. and puts forward some matters needing attention in the course of the public bidding and carrying out the contract for guaranteeing the legal rights and interests of each part of the contract. |
