月桂酸甘油单酯及其复配物的抑霉活性研究

摘    要:
对月桂酸甘油单酯及其与山梨酸的复配物进行了水果保鲜应用效果的研究,并 用圆滤纸片法测定了它们对桔、梨和苹果上霉菌的抑霉菌活性。月桂酸甘油单酯与 山梨酸的复配物具有较高的抑霉菌菌丝和抑霉菌孢子的活性,而月桂酸甘油单酯本 身几乎没有抑霉菌菌丝的活性,但具有明显的表面活性作用。通过半胱氨酸的反转 效应,进一步说明了山梨酸具有较高抑霉菌菌丝的原因。

Abstract:
Lauricidin and its preparation with sorbic acid (Lauribic) for preservation of fruits are tested and their antibiotic activity on oranges, pears and apples is determined by round filter paper method. Lauribic posseses both the efficient antimoldal hypha and spore activity, but Lauricidin has little effect on hypha, due to its surface activity, it might play a role of rendering the product to be more potent in its performance. The high activity of Lauribic can be reserved by L - cysteine.
