摘    要:油井管螺纹失效是目前油气田开采作业中常见且难以治理的事故之一,这一情况不仅制约开采进度,更是威胁井下安全的主要因素之一。普通螺纹存在密封性能差、承载能力低、抗腐蚀能力弱等问题。本文主要从疲劳失效、密封失效、腐蚀失效3个方面不同角度阐述了油井管特殊螺纹接头力学性能的研究进展以及控制方法。在介绍了油井管特殊螺纹接头发展历史进程的基础上进一步阐述目前油井管特殊螺纹接头的发展情况。指出当下我国油井管特殊螺纹研究所存在的不足。最后,在结合过去研究的前提下,提出油井管特殊螺纹力学性能未来研究的新方向。

Abstract:The failure of oil pipe string thread is one of the common and difficult accidents in oil and gas field production. This situation not only restricts the production progress, but also is one of the main factors threatening the down hole safety. The common thread has some problems, such as poor sealing performance, low bearing capacity and weak corrosion resistance. In this paper, the research progress and control methods of the mechanical properties of the premium connections joint of oil pipe string are described from three aspects of fatigue failure, sealing failure and corrosion failure. Based on the introduction of the development history of the premium connections joint of oil pipe string, the development of the premium connection joint of oil pipe string is further elaborated. The shortcomings of the research on premium connections of oil pipe string in China are pointed out. Finally, based on the previous research, the new direction of future research on the mechanical properties of oil pipe string premium connections is proposed.
