| 摘 要： | 本文分析放置在感生电场中导体的电势,指出不闭合导体若与感生电场方向处处垂直时,不能引进电势的概念.而对于放置在感生电场中的闭合导体(不论均匀不均匀)都可在其中引进电势的概念.

| Abstract: | In this paper the author analyses the electric potential of the conductor placed in the induced field and points out the concept cannot be introduced when the unclosed conductor is perpendicular to any direction of the induced field. The concept of the electric potential can be herein in troduced in the case of the closed conductor ( whether homogeneous or non-homogeneous ) put in the induced field. |
