新建本科院校教学质量监控的重点和质量保障体系的构建

新建本科院校教学质量监控的重点是教学条件、教学管理、教师教学和学生学习四个基本方面，在实践的基础上，我院形成了学校领导、教学管理部门和教学单位和专家、同行、学生的“三线三面”的监控体系，以及评教、评管、评学、评建和质量标准、基本条件、管理制度、改进机制建设的“四评四建”评价建设机制，构建了具有一定特色的“三线三面、四评四建”教学质量保障体系，有力地促进了教学水平和人才培养质量，增强了学校核心竞争力，推进了学校的进一步改革和可持续发展。

Construction of Teaching Quality Monitoring and Security System in Newly -Established Universities

The keys teaching conditions, of teaching quality monitoring in the newly - established universities are the four basic aspects ： teaching management, teachers＂ teaching and students＇learning. Based on the practice, a ＂san xian san mian＂ monitoring system and a ＂si ping si jian＂ assessment and development mechanism are formed in XUAS in which leaders, teaching management and schools and departments as well as experts, teacher peers, and student are all the agents to monitor the teaching; and the assessment is involved in various aspects as in teaching, management, learning and construction so as to improve the mechanism construction in quality standards, the basic condition, management system, improvement of the mechanism. As a result, the teaching quality and talent training quality have been promoted greatly and the core competitiveness enhanced, and school＇s further reform developed sustainably.
