| Abstract: | A small bar in a glass cup with water becomes inclined to one side in the water and two parts of the bar (one in the water and the other in the air)displace with each other on the water surface because of refraction by the cylindrical surface.This phenomena is discussed based on geometrical optics in this paper. |
