摘    要:本文采用正交试验的科学方法,优选设计水泥生产新工艺,并通过实验室生料易烧性实验,小窑试验以及对试验熟料XRD和岩相的分析,探讨了镧系元素微量组分对水泥熟料主要矿物形成及其结构的影响,从而说明了新工艺的科学性与可行性.使镧系元素在水泥工业中的应用取得了开创性的研究成果.

Abstract:Applying the orthogonalizing method,the author optimized the technology to calcine cement clinker. Through the test of the calcine process in the experimental kiln and the study on the results of the XRD and the microscopy, the influence of the trace elements in La-series on the formation and the structure of the clinker minerals were studied.The feasibility and rationality of the new technology were proved. The creative application of lanthanide in the cement has been a great achivement.
