| 摘 要： | 分析了“城中村”问题的症结、当前“城中村”的改造方式,认为必须在城市规划区内的村庄成为“城中村”之前,采取体制与户籍改革先行、一体化规划先行及基础设施建设先行等必要和可行的措施,以此避免或缓解“城中村”问题对城市发展的压力.

| Abstract: | After the nature of the problems and rebuilding modes of Village in a City being analyzed,it is concluded that necessary and feasible countermeasures must be taken to help the problems solved before original villages convert to ones in inner cities,which include the conversion of village system and villages' to be urbanites,incorporate planning manner,and urbanites infrastructure construction in these villages. |
