摘 要: | 针对残留的焊管内毛刺影响缺陷判别这一问题,对焊管内毛刺的超声检测进行了相关研究。采用分裂式完全匹配层方法(SPML)截断计算区域,经过数值计算取得了理想的边界吸收效果;通过数值计算分析了聚焦探头在检测内毛刺时的分辨率。结果表明,在焊管内毛刺的检测中线聚焦探头比普通探头具有更高的分辨率,提高了内毛刺检测的精度。

Abstract: | The related research of ultrasonic detection for pipe inner burr is carried out to solve the problem that the residual burr has influences on the defection discrimination. SPML absorbing boundary condition is adopted to truncate the computational domain,and a good absorption effect is achieved through numerical calculation.The numerical calculation is used to analyze the resolution of the focus probe in the process of detecting inner burr. The results show that the focus probe has a higher resolution by comparing with the normal probe,and the accuracy of the inner burr detection is improved. |
