| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the joint venture proposal of Delixi Electric Electric Co.Ltd.and the challenges and opportunities caused by the proposal,probes into the strategic repositioning and development direction of Delixi after the joint venture,and points out that cultivating the products with the core competence and carrying out the resources optimization are the long-term plan of the enterprise. |
