| 摘 要： | 本文从应急管理角度探讨地震应急信息的作用，并结合个体面对灾害时的心理承受能力的四个影响因素：灾害意识、灾时行为、灾害认知和社会支持，论述有效管理地震应急信息的关键技术对今后突发公共卫生事件的医疗救护工作的重要性．

| Abstract: | This paper studies the function and management patterns of earthquake emergency information from the point of view of emergency management. There are four social and psychological factors that affect individual＇s endurance when faced with a disaster： disaster consciousness, behavior during disaster, disaster recognition and social assistance. The key technology of effective management earthquake emergency information is discussed. |
