摘    要:本文对高压静电场贮存保鲜杏做了试验,试验表明,高压静电场可减缓淀粉向有机酸和糖转化的速度;有保持水果品质风味的作用,对贮存保鲜有明显效果。

Abstract:Apricots were stored and kept fresh with high vottage electrostatic field. The date showed that the high voltage electrostatic field could reduce the change from starch to sugar and preserve the guality and flavor of the fruits.
