三角褐指藻和小球藻营养成分的对比分析

摘    要:通过检测三角褐指藻和小球藻的蛋白质、糖、色素、游离氨基酸及不饱和脂肪酸的含量,比较了三角褐指藻和小球藻的营养价值.结果发现:在单个细胞中,三角褐指藻的蛋白质、糖、叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素、游离氨基酸的含量高于小球藻;在1个生长周期(12,d)中,三角褐指藻累积的蛋白质、糖、游离氨基酸、棕榈油酸、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)也高于同龄的小球藻,但叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸及二十碳烯酸的累积量却低于小球藻.综合分析,三角褐指藻的营养价值不比小球藻低,具有潜在的开发前景.

Abstract:The nutritional value ofPhaeodactylum tricornutum and Chlorella vulgariswas compared by detecting the con-tents of total protein,sugar,pigments,total free amino acids and the unsaturated fatty acid ofPhaeodactylum tricornutum andChlorella vulgaris.The results indicated that the contents of protein,sugar,chlorophyll a,carotenoids,and free amino acids in a signal cell ofPhaeodactylum tricornutum were higher than those in a signal cell ofChlorella vulgaris. The total contents of protein,sugar,free amino acids,palmitoleic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA)during one growth cy-cle(12,days)were also higher inPhaeodactylum tricornutum than those inChlorella vulgaris,while the total contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoids,oleic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid and eicosatetraenoic acid were lower in the former than in the latter. The nutritional value ofPhaeodactylum tricornutum was not lower than that ofChlorella vulgaris. Therefore,Phaeodactylum tricornutum has a great potential as a feedstock for food commodities.
