N-丁基马来酰亚胺/苯乙烯微乳液共聚合研究

摘    要:研究了氘代氯仿中N-丁基马来酰亚胺(NBMI和苯乙烯(St)的络合性能,以十二烷基硫酸钠和正戊醇为复合乳化剂,配制了含有NBMI和St的O/W微乳液。用过硫酸钾引发该体系进行微乳液共聚合,考察了聚合温度、单体配比对共聚合的影响,并对共聚机理进行了研究,结果表明,N-丁基马来酰亚胺/苯乙烯微乳液共聚合是按照自由-络合机理进行的,在共聚合过程中,既有自由单体参与,又有电荷转移络合物(CTC)参与。

Abstract:The complexation properties of Nbutyl maleimide(NBMI) and styrene(St) in CDCl 3 were studied firstly.By using sodium dodecyl sulfate and pentanol as emulsifier,the oilinwater microemulsion of NBMI and St was prepared.The copolymerization was carried out in ampoules with potassium persulfate as initiator.The effects of reaction temperature and monomer feed on copolymerization were studied and the copolymerization mechanism was researched as well.It was found that the microemulsion copolymerization of Nbutyl maleimide and styrene complied with the freecomplex mechanism,with the participation of free monomers and chargetransfer complex.
