| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测PCa组织及前列腺增生(BPH)组织中AR、PAK6的表达,探讨了雄激素受体(AR)、P21活化激酶6(PAK6)与前列腺癌(PCa)发生的关系。结果表明:AR、PAK6在BPH和PCa组织中均有阳性表达,BPH和PCa前列腺组织中AR阳性表达率无显著性差异(P0.05),而BPH和PCa前列腺组织中PAK6阳性表达率有显著性差异(P0.05)。70例高、中、低分化前列腺癌中AR、PAK6表达阳性率逐渐升高,PCa组织中AR与PAK6二者表达呈现明显的正相关性。这说明,PAK6和AR阳性表达程度与PCa分级有关,提示二者在PCa的发病中可能扮演重要角色,检测PAK6和AR的变化对判断PCa的生物学行为有参考价值。
