| 摘 要： | 水旱灾害是影响山西省粮食生产的主要农业气象灾害．根据1990～1999年的灾情统计和数据分析，系统地研究了山西省水旱灾害的基本特征及其对粮食生产的影响，结果表明旱灾的影响大过水灾。

| Abstract: | Flood and drought are the most important natural disasters in Shanxi Province. A conclusion has been made after analyzing the statistic data and datum of drought and flood from 1990 to 1999. The conclusion is that drought and flood can lead to the decrease of foodstuff production greatly, and the drought has more influence than flood. It's the earliest to prove the conclusion through qualitificational way. |
