开关电源电磁兼容性场路综合分析方法研究

摘    要:开关电源具有功耗小、效率高、体积小、重量轻等优势,然而由于开关电源工作在高频状态,其产生的瞬态脉冲包含有高频谐波,从而形成较强的传导干扰和辐射干扰,电磁兼容问题相当突出。因此在开关电源的设计阶段,单纯的用场或路的方式都不能完整地解决电磁兼容问题。通过运用三维电磁场仿真软件和电路仿真软件分别解决辐射干扰和传导干扰问题,从而以场、路结合的方式在设计阶段进行互补分析,可以合理有效地提高开关电源的电磁兼容性,以达到相关的标准。

Abstract:The switching-mode power supply (SMPS) has many advantages over linear regulators, such as high efficiency and relatively smaller size and light weight, but it operates at high switching frequencies, and the associated transient pulses are full of high frequency harmonics that cause the electromagnetic interference (EMI). The conducted and radiated interference may worsen its electromagnetic compatibility. Neither the field method nor the circuit method can predict the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of the SMPS completely when it is in the process of designing. So it is a reasonable way to unite the field and circuit methods by applying the 3D field and current simulation software. According to the field plot given by the 3 D field simulation software, the circuit design can be improved.
