小剂量阿司匹林对肥胖患者妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨孕早期开始小剂量服用阿司匹林对孕前肥胖患者妊娠结局的影响。方法观察组为住院建卡分娩的孕前肥胖(BMI≥28 kg/m2)患者49例,自孕12周开始,睡前服用阿司匹林肠溶片75 mg,直至36周。对照组为同期分娩的孕前肥胖患者50例,不使用阿司匹林或其他抗凝剂。追踪并比较两组患者的妊娠结局。结果观察组孕妇剖宫产率及子痫前期、FGR、羊水过少发病率均明显低于对照组(P0.05),而两组患者胎盘早剥率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息发生率及黄疸发生率之间无差异(P0.05)。结论孕早期开始小剂量服用阿司匹林可改善肥胖患者的妊娠结局,值得推广。

EFFECT OF LOW-DOSE ASPIRIN ON PREGNANCY OUTCOME IN OBESE PATIENTS

Objective: To discuss the influence of low-dose aspirin on pregnancy outcome in pre-pregnancy obese patients. Methods: The observation group included 49 pre-pregnancy obesity women. They were treated with 75 mg aspirin enteric-coated tablet before bedtime from 12 to 36 weeks. The control group was 50 cases of pre-pregnancy obese patients during the same period who were not treated with aspirin or other anticoagulants. The pregnancy outcomes between the two groups were tracked and compared. Results: The incidence of cesarean section rate and preeclampsia, FGR and oligohydramnios in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). But the rate of placental abruption, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia and jaundice between the two groups were not significantly different (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Taking small dosage aspirin at early stage of pregnancy can improve the maternal and neonatal outcome of obese patients. It''s deserved to spread.
