| Abstract: | This paper is concerned with appling Lock-in amplifier to measure the noise charactenistics of the voltage stabilizing diode. In experiment the fact was found that the noise parameter didn't correspond with the one offered by the factory. It's halpful for usr to use the voltage stabilizing diode properly. |
