| 摘 要： | 利用微波活化处理的废旧胶粉与丁苯胶及助剂、阻燃剂进行混炼制备混合胶,再在热压机上硫化制得阻燃橡胶产品.对产品进行力学性能测定、差热分析、氧指数测定、水平燃烧测定.实验结果表明：质量比活化胶粉∶丁苯胶∶复合阻燃剂∶助剂为11∶18∶16∶4时,阻燃橡胶产品的极限氧指数为24%,水平燃烧性能达到GB标准,拉伸强度（Tbs）...

| Abstract: | Used crumb rubber with microwave activation treatment,styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR),additives and flame retardants to make mixed glue,then the flame retardant rubber products were made by sulfuration on hot press machine.The products’ mechanical performance,differential thermal analysis,the oxygen index determination,horizontal combustibility determination were discussed.Experimental results showed that as the mass ratio of activated powder / SBR / composite flame retardant / additives is 11∶18∶16∶4,the limited oxygen index(LOI) of flame retardant rubber product reached 24%,horizontal flame performance achieved to GB standard,tensile strength reached 3.44 MPa,the comprehensive indices were better. |
