摘    要:针对铝合金板材表面涂覆石墨后激光吸收率的测量问题,利用高温热像仪、热电偶测温的方法,并结合有限元温度场分析的手段,对未涂覆石墨板材激光加热温度场进行了测量及有限元模拟,验证了有限元温度场分析的准确性,通过匹配板材涂覆石墨后板材背面温度场实测结果与仿真分析结果,拟合出了板材涂覆石墨后的激光吸收率。

Abstract:In actual laser forming, it was important to determine the laser absorption coefficient. The temperature field of the aluminum alloy plate without coated with graphite when being scanned by laser beam was measured with thermal imager and thermocouple, and the temperature field was analyzed with finite element method so as to validate the temperature field analysis. The back face temperature field of the plate with graphite coating was analyzed with FEM and the results were compared with the temperature field measured with the thermal imager, then the laser absorption coefficient of the plate coated with graphite was obtained.
