原电池型氧传感器的研制

摘    要:研究原电池型氧传感器的原理、结构和性能,对传感器所用电极、电解质的性质和浓度进行了选择,以可极化金属为阴极,以不可极化金属为阳极,并对不同膜覆盖下的传感器进行了性能测试。运用催化和电化学原理研究了氧传感器的作用机制,分别对不同电解质溶液、不同氧浓度和不同温度下氧还原的极化曲线进行研究,得到了有关氧催化还原电极过程动力学的参数,进而对这些参数进行推断分析,可以得到在酸性溶液中,低电流密度区和高电流密度区氧还原反应的速率方程。

Abstract:The operating principle structure and performance of the galvanic cell type oxygen sensor are studied. The electrode, property and concentration or electrolyte for sensor nave been investiged and fabricated a galvanic cell type oxygen sensor comprised or a cathode made of polarizable metal, an anode made of noploarizable metal. The characteristics of sensor having various polymer membrane were examined. Kinetics of oxygen reduction reaction at cathode is systematically studied using potential static technique. The polarization curves in aqueous organic acid and organic acid salt solutions were determined with a wide or PH and oxygen partial pressure. Kinetic parameters obtaned by these polarization curves are summarized. The reaction rate equation of the oxygen reduction was obtaned form these parameters at low and high current density regions in aqueous acid electrolyte solution.
