摘    要:本文简要介绍了新型整体硬质合金三刃麻花钻的结构特点,对这种新型钻头的切削性能、加工效率、钻削力、孔的加工精度和表面粗糙度、断屑性能等进行了试验,并与普通高速钢麻花钻进行了对比,试验结果表明,新型整体硬质合金三刃麻花钻的切削性能明显优于普通高速钢麻花钻,是一种性能优良的新的硬质合金钻型.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the structural characteristics of a kind of new solid carbide twist drills with three major cutting edges. Several experiments have been done about the cutting ability, machining efficiency, drilling forces, precision and surface roughness of machined hole and the effect of breaking chip when this kind of twist drills is in use. The experimental results have shown that the new kind of twist drill is a new type of drills with very good performance. Its cutting behavior is much better than that of ordinary HSS twist drill.
