基于不变矩的示功图故障诊断方法研究

以抽油机井示功图为例,提出了基于不变矩的示功图故障诊断方法。首先对示功图进行二值化和细化处理。接着计算示功图不变矩。最后将不变矩作为特征向量来诊断抽油机井的故障类型。结果表明,该方法可以有效地分析出抽油机井的常见故障。

Fault diagnosis method research based on invariant moment of indicator diagram

To sucker rod pumping well indicator diagram for example, proposing a fault diagnosis method based on invariant moment. This paper first conducts binary and thinning processing on indicator diagram, then calculates invariant moment of the processed indicator diagram, finally uses the invariant moment as feature vector to diagnosis the fault type of sucker rod pumping wells. The results show that, this method can effectively analyses the common faults of sucker rod pumping wells.
