| 摘 要： | 钙网织蛋白广泛存在于各种生物体,在细胞内Ca+稳定、蛋白质合成等方面发挥重要作用.细胞凋亡通常被认为是非炎性非免疫原性,而在经某些化疗药处理的癌细胞,其凋亡过程中钙网织蛋白的移位暴露,引发了免疫原性.本文就钙网织蛋白在肿瘤细胞产生免疫原性中的作用与意义作了综述.

| Abstract: | Calreticulin is present in a diverse range of species,playing an importment role in the regulation of intracellular Ca2+ homeostasis and protein synthesis.Apoptosis is usually considered as non-inflammatory and non-immunogenic.When tumor cells are treated with chemotherapeutic agents,calreticulin can be exposed on the surface of tumor cell during apoptosis,initiating immunogenicity.This article is to summarize the role and significance of calreticulin in immunogenicity of tumor cell. |
