摘    要:研究了在PH8.5的氨—氯化铵缓冲介质和表面活性剂Triton x-100存在下,5—Br—PADAP显色剂分别与锌、铜形成红色络合物.在普通分光光度计上,双波长测定人发中的锌,单波长同时测定铜.

Abstract:The red complexes of Zinc and copper with 2 (5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP) formed in the presence of triton x-100 at PH=8.5. The method can be used for determining simultaneously trace zinc and trace copper by dual wavelength spectro-photometry. The. molar ratios of zinc and copper to 5-Br-PADAP are identical (1:2). The coefficients of variation are 1.5% and 2.4% (10 determinations) and the recoveries are 96.1-98.3% and 96.8-101.5% for zinc and copper, respectivety. The method has been successfully applied for determinalions of zinc and copper in hair.
