主动锁模半导体激光器腔内光脉冲幅度的变化

摘    要:用速率方程讨论主动锁模半导体激光器,考虑了光脉冲的传输效应和各光学元件对光脉冲的影响.根据泵浦信号每一周期后系统状态应重现这一条件,得到了短光脉冲幅度在腔内随位置的变化,并进而求出输出功率及系统的其他一些重要参量.

Abstract:An actively mode-locked semiconductor laser is analysed using rate equations, in which the affections of the travelling effect of the pulse and optical component on optical pulse are considered. Based on the self reproducing of the system after each cycle of the pump, the evolution of the pulse amplitude is found, and the expression of the output power of a mode-locked laser can be derived. Some other parameters defining the oscillator can also be evaluated.
