On the Strategies of Innovative Management of Archives in Designing Institutes in the Age of Information

Presently, along with rapid development of the information technology, the traditional archives management pattern in the designing institutes is revealing out-of-date and insufficient. It can＇t meet the need of modern file information resource management. How to fully utilize the information technology to transformate original archives management pattern, and impel the archives management in the designing institutes, the digitalized memory, the automatic management, is of great significance. This article analyzes current features of archives management in designing institutes, deeply researches the strategies to innovate the management under the informationization environment, with the backing of the enterprise archives management information construction. In the end, some suggestions for the healthy development of archives management are given.
