| Abstract: | The information age brings about the new developing opportunities and challenges to the library and also puts forward the new requirements for the librarians. Based on the analysis on the influence of the information technology on the library, this paper suggests that the librarians must finish the role transition from traditional environment into the network environment and realize their own highest value. |
