摘    要:探讨了控轧控冷改善16Mn钢性能的可行性,结果表明,合适的控轧控冷工艺,可细化晶粒,消除带状组织,显著提高16Mn钢的强韧性。此外,依据回归处理得出的冷速与晶粒尺寸及强度之间的关系式,可预报一定冷速下的晶粒尺寸与强度。

Abstract:Investigates the feasibility of improving the properties of steel 16Mn by means of controlled rolling and cooling. The results show that both the strength and toughness of steel 16Mn will be remarkably improved due to finer grain size and the removal of band structure when controlled properly. Relationships between cooling rate, grain size and strength are given in accordance with regression analysis, which can be used to predict either the grain size or strength if cooling rate is given.
