摘    要:建立了八角中莽草酸的毛细管区带电泳-紫外检测分析新方法.在单一磷酸盐和硼砂溶液中由于电扩散现象,莽草酸峰宽并严重前倾或脱尾,采用磷酸盐-硼砂混合溶液为缓冲液改善了峰形并提高了检测灵敏度,通过优化获得其最佳分离条件为pH8.63,10mmol/L NaH2PO4-9mmol/L硼砂,分离电压25kV.该条件下莽草酸的峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程的相关系数为0.9998,检测限(S/N=3)为0.12μg/mL,比文献报道的方法约高10倍.该方法成功用于八角壳和籽中莽草酸的定量分析,其加标回收率分别为98.9%和104.6%.

Abstract:A simple and rapid capillary zone electrophoresis method using phosphate-borate mixture as running electrolyte with direct UV detection was developed for the analysis of shikimic acid.In pure phosphate and borate buffer,electro-dispersion of sample zone leads to peak leading and tailing because the motilities have the relationship as borate>shikimic acid>phosphate.Using a mixture of phosphate and borate as buffer,the peak efficiency and adsorption signal of shikimic acid are much improved.Af- ter optimizati...
