Abstract:Liujiang basin is a denudation-tectonic one at the eastern feet of Mount yan. Liujiangcoalfield is located at the east hills of the basin centre All, without exception, the features of geo-morphlogy and water systems of the basin are controlled by the structures and lithological characters. The neotectonic mvement in the basin mainly appeals to the inheritable fault activities, accom-panging vertical elevation and subsidence movement\The pit water yield mainly depends on the features of neotectonic movement in the region, besides the influences of the precipitation. Therefore, when analyzing the influent factors of pit water yield,one should pay attention to caonsider-ing the features of active fractures.
