| Abstract: | By analyzing and contrasting several power-fail protection circuits in SCM, the paper puts forward a simple and reliable power-fail protection scheme for SCM. It discusses the design of power-fail protection circuit for SCM from hardware and software, and analyzes the credibility of power-fail protection in detail. |
