NSP窑微量有害组分对筒体腐蚀机理的研究

摘    要:利用化学分析,SEN,XRD,EDAX等手段,对NSP窑筒体锈层进行分析,从热力学、动力学两方面探讨硫、氯、碱对筒体的腐蚀机理。结果表明,提高窑体的屏蔽作用,可抑制筒体腐蚀。

Abstract:The rust lagers of the tube body in NPS kiln were analysed by means of chemical analysis. SEM .XRD, EDAX and so on. Sulphur, chlorinc and soda to the tube body corrodesive mechanism wok discussed from the two aspect of the thermodynamics and the kinetics. It was resulte that the tube body corroderion can be restrainedby increaring protective affert of the kiln lining.
