| 摘 要： | 研究了基本彩票类型的管理模型，建立了一个双目标函数优化模型，并利用中奖率、剩余奖金金额、彩票的吸引力和方案的效用函数等指标评价了方案的合理性，最后运用MATLAB编程求解选出了彩票运作的最优方案。

| Abstract: | The management model of the basic lottery ticket type was studied and a double-goal optimized model was set up, The probability of winning prize, the amount of surplus bonus, appeal of lottery ticket bonus, and the utility function of a certain lottery ticket were used to evaluate the reasonability of each scheme.Finally, the optimal plan was got by programming and solution was got with MATLAB. |
