玻尔兹曼分布与费米—狄拉克分布的统一

摘    要:用数值方法讨论了玻尔兹曼分布和费米-狄拉克分布,发现在一定的条件和范围内,它们是相互统一的.在研究这个统一时,有两个影响因素:化学势和温度.在温度稳定而化学势变化的情况下,在化学势远大于0时,两者差别比较大;化学势较小时,基本符合.在化学势稳定而温度变化的情况下,随着温度的增加,费米—狄拉克分布几率更接近于玻尔兹曼分布几率.

Abstract:Both the Boltzmann distribution and Fermi-Dirac distribution are studied with a method of numerical value.It is found that in certain conditions and range,they are uniform.There are two factors affecting the distribution functions: the chemical potential and temperature.The results show that,for a fixed temperature,they are quit different as chemical potential is greater than zero,while coincident well as chemical potential is small.And for a fixed chemical potential,their difference decreases as temperature increases.
