| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革以来,随着新的运行机制的建立,各高校的学生公寓管理逐步由学生部门转为后勤部门;但是双方所承担的管理育人和服务育人的角色未变.就两者之间的职责范围及后勤部门在学生公寓管理措施方面,提出了新的认识.

| Abstract: | Since the reform of socialization in colleges, the students' apartment houses are turning their departments into the rear - service departments following the new form of the system functioning. But to educate the students and to serve them are the same. The article has raised the new idea between the duty limits and the rear- service departments in the measure of the management of the students' apartment houses. |
