TiO2光催化反应活性研究进展

摘    要:纳米TiO2是一种高效节能的光催化功能材料,本文对TiO2光催化技术研究现状及反应机理进行了综述。重点介绍了纳米TiO2晶型、粒子尺寸、表面贵金属沉积、金属离子掺杂、半导体的复合、表面羟基等因素对TiO2光催化活性的影响,并分析了纳米TiO2光催化技术所面临的问题。

Abstract:Nano-TiO2 is a kind of highly efficient and energy-saving functional material for photocatalytic technology. The development of photocatalytic technology and the mechanism of photocatalytic reaction are summarized. Discussion is focused on the influence of such factors as crystal type, crystal grain size, deposition of noble metal on the surface of TiO2, metal ion doping TiO2, compound of semiconductor photocatalysts and surface hydroxyl groups on the photocatalytic activity of nano-TiO2 . Besides, problems with which the photocatalytic technology of nano-TiO2 is confronted are also analyzed.
