| Abstract: | New non-financial indexes are put forward because present ones are not over-all. The new indexes include operating strategic object, regulations constructing, product quality, technique innovating and operator's quality. The new non-financial indexes system of enterprise performance measurement and the measuring model are established here. An illustration is given. |
