花椰菜花药培养试验研究

摘    要:以杂交品种B-21为材料,对花椰菜的花药培养条件进行了分析。试验结果表明:花药消毒处理采用0.1%升汞消毒30min效果较好,成活率达86.67%;E3培养基愈伤组织诱导率为86.11%,比MS培养基提高4.40%;用培养基MS 0.5 mg/L6-BA 0.5 mg/L NAA出芽率为31.67%,分化绿苗率为94.79%;用生根培养基1/2 MS 0.1 mg/L NAA 活性碳2 g/L生根率达100%。

Abstract:Conditions for the anther culture of brassica oleracea var. botrytis was studied using hybrid variety B-21 as material.Results show that sterilization with 0.1% HgCl_2 for 30mins is the best treatment,resulting in a survival rate up to 86.67%.The rate of callus induction on E3 medium is 86.11%,4.40% higher than that on MS medium.The rate of plantlet differentiation on MS medium plus 0.5mg/L NAA is 31.67%.100% of root differentiation is obtained on 1/2MS medium plus 01mg/L NAA and 2 g/L active carbon.
