| 摘 要： | 本文主要研究中国近几年民营资本投资小型水电站的经济激励模式。文章先分析民资投资小水电的背景,对中国小水电比较发达的南方几个省区进行分析和研究,归纳比较成功的一些投资模式,并借鉴国际上对小水电投资的成功经验,希望促进我国民间资本健康、规范、有序地投资小水电。

| Abstract: | The article mainly focuses on research of economic incentive models of private capital investment in small hydropower stations in China in recent years.Starting with analysis of the background of private capital investment in small hydropower station,investigating some areas in South China where small hydropower stations have been developed fast,summarizing some successful investment models and drawing on the experience of other investment models in other countries,the article aims to promote the development of investment in small hydropower station in a sound,standardized and orderly way. |
