| 摘 要： | 随着经济的持续高速发展,中国对石油的需求急剧攀升。但由于国内石油储量和生产能力有限,中国的石油供应变得越来越依赖于国际石油市场,石油供应的压力不断增大。与此同时,北方邻国俄罗斯正利用自身的资源优势,大量出口石油,中俄两国完全可以通过有效的能源合作实现优势互补。如何通过有效的手段来促进中俄两国在石油方面的合作,已成为中国政府亟需认真考虑的问题。

| Abstract: | with the quick development of economy,petroleum demand suddenly climbs in china.But because the domestic oil reserve and the productivity are limited,Chinese petroleum more and more relies on international oil market,the petroleum supply pressure,unceasingly increases.At the same time,Russia is using own resources superiority to export the petroleum,Chinese and Russian may take effective energy cooperation.How to promotes energy cooperation between China and Russia through effective methods,has become question consided urgently by Chinese government |
