摘    要:4-对氰基苯基]环己酮是合成多种性能良好液晶的中间体,文中采用草酰氯氯酰化苯基环己酮,然后胺化,再用苯磷酰氯脱水合成路线,简化了两步反应,并提高了产率,文中还简单讨论了影响反应的因素。

Abstract:4- ( P-cyanophenyl ) cyclohexanone is an intermediate used in the synthesis of various liquid crystals with fine properties. A new route, chloracylation of phenylcyclohexanone with oxalyl chloride and amination followed by dehydration with benzenesulfonyl chloride,is here adopted. Thus two steps can be omitted and the overall yield raised. Factors affecting the reaction are also discussed briefly in this paper.
