| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自膨式金属内支架对各种原因引起的食管狭窄及合并食管瘘的治疗效果．方法：本组57例在X线电视监视下，使用支架输送系统，放置食管内支架61个．结果：明显缓解了患者进食困难症状，吞咽困难改善1～2级，未发生技术性并发症或死亡，随防时间最长2年，最短1个月，平均4．5个月，患者无不良反应．结论：采用食管支架治疗各种食管狭窄及食管瘘是安全有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the self-Expanding Metallic stent in treating of esophageal stricture and complicated fistula due to various causes. Materials and Methods: of 57 cases collected in this study, By delivery system stent placement was perfomed in 61 membrane-covered self -expand able stents. Results: Dysphagia was alleviated markedly in all patients. All stents were placed without any technical failure or procedure morbility or mortality. Following-up time varied from 1 month to 2 years with an average of 4.5 months.No any adverse effect was noted in all patients. Conclusion; Esophageal stent is an safe and effective therapy for the treatment of various esphageal strictures and fistula. |
