对恐怖主义的刑法思考

完善恐怖主义的国内立法和司法势在必行,打击恐怖主义是目前我国刑法面临的重要任务之一,也是我国刑法学探讨的重要课题之一。遗憾的是,当前国内对恐怖主义的研究甚少,而且往往把恐怖主义纳入政治学范畴探讨。应确立对恐怖主义的刑法理念的认识,从刑法学角度识别恐怖主义,把握恐怖主义之犯罪构成,以利于恐怖主义刑事立法的科学化,达到对恐怖主义最有效的刑事打击。

The Thought of Criminal Law of Terrorism

Administration of justice and the domestic legislation of perfect terrorism are imperative. Anti\|terrorism is the one of present important task that the criminal law of our country is faced with. it is also the criminal law of our country to study the one of important program discussed. What regret is that current situation loses very much for the research of terrorism and often incorporates terrorism into politics. This paper aims at establishing the knowledge of the concept of criminal law against terrorism, from criminal law, study angle identification terrorism, assurance criminal terrorism forms, with a view to the science of anti\|terrorism criminal legislation.
