| 摘 要： | 在国家科技计划项目的支持下,我国新能源汽车的产业化发展取得了一定的成果,但仍面临很多问题。本文通过对电动汽车重大专项实施"专利战略"做法的总结,从国家科技计划的知识产权管理角度,对加强我国新能源汽车的自主创新、促进产业化发展问题提出了对策与建议。

| Abstract: | By the support of the national science and technology programs, the industrialization of Chinese new energy vehicles has gained some objects, but it also faces many problems. The paper introduces some experience of ＂Patent Strategy＂ implemented by the electric vehicles major project, and submits some suggestions in order to strengthen innovation and industrialization of Chinese new energy vehicles industry from the view of intellectual property management for. |
