防空阵地防护等级模糊综合评判

摘    要:提出了一个较为实用的防空阵地防护等级的评判方法,其特点是:用专家打分制对非定量因素定量化,建立隶属函数;根据各因素的重要性,用层次分析法(AHP法)确定因素权重;采用加权平均模型作为综合评判模型;用非对称贴近度法划分阵地防护等级。

Abstract:This paper presents a practical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for defense grade assessment of air defense bastions The peculiarities of this method include the membership functions based on quantitative measurement of non-quantitative factors by expert grading systems,the determination of the factor weighting by means of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the use of the weighted average model as the comprehensive assessment model,and the classification of the grade of bastion defense by the asymmetric approach degree method
