低频脉冲磁场处理Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金的磁致伸缩

摘    要:用低频脉冲磁场处理Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金试样,用透射电镜分析处理后样品的结构,用自制磁致伸缩测量仪测定处理前后样品的磁致伸缩系数。结果表明,低频脉冲磁场处理后的非晶合金Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9发生了纳米晶化,处理后非晶合金的磁致伸缩系数比原始样品减小很多,使非晶合金的软磁性能得到改善。

Abstract:The Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy sample with low frequency pulse magnetic field is treated.The structure of samples after treatment by TEM is analysed,measured the magnetostriction coefficient of samples with our hand-made instruments before and after treatment.The results show that nano-crystalline occurred in amorphous alloy Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 after treatment at low frequency pulse magnetic field,the sample's magnetostriction coefficient after treatment is smaller than before,the soft magnetic p...
