球壳板一次成型切割技术

摘    要:大型球罐用球壳板为不可展曲面,且厚度往往达30 mm~50 mm,采用传统的下料方法无法得到要求精度的工件,为此大多都采用二次下料切割方法。采用反向法板料成形毛坯设计方法对公司生产中所使用的大型球罐用球壳板材进行了下料设计,建立了数据库,形成完整的球壳板一次成型工艺,有力支持了大型球罐的生产。

Abstract:An accuratel blank contour can not been got by using conventional blank design method, because shell plates for making good-sized spherical vessels are a type of undevelopable surfaces, these shell plates have too thickness( ).Two-step method for blank contour design and cut manufacture are used in manufacturing shell plates. Reverse Analysis based on the plasticity theory of deformation and FEM for calculating blank contour is used to design blanks of shell plates used in our compny manufacture, one perfect database is established, technology of one-cutting and press forming of shell plates is developed in this paper to be propitious to manufacturing good-sized spherical vessels.
